1) ACCEPTANCE of TERMS and CONDITIONS

The eMakeup.com.au™ web site is a sister site to perfume.com.au owned by Australian Flourish Pty Ltd ABN 34 007 107 646. The goal of the web site is to provide access to a range of cosmetic products for delivery to anywhere in Australia.

To ensure a safe environment for all users, we have established these Terms and Conditions. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us, and what we can expect from you. By accessing any areas of this site, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.

2) ORDERING and PRICING

eMakeup.com.au™ is dedicated to delivering within Australia ONLY.

The product items offered on eMakeup.com.au™ are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.

For your peace of mind, we guarantee that ALL our products are 100% Genuine Original Designer brands. Absolutely NO COPIES or FAKES. We specialise in the supply of genuine products that are always FRESH & UNOPENEND. If there is a problem with quality, you may return your order to us within 14 days, for a full replacement, a credit note or a refund. This means there is NO RISK to you!

NB: We cannot refund if you have simply changed your mind, or do not like a product for personal reasons. Please always choose carefully.

4) RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened and unused product/s back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Delivery costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back to eMakeup.com.au™ using a trackable courier. Any package that has not been received by eMakeup.com.au™ and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

5) PAYMENTS

eMakeup.com.au™ accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via our secure online ordering system. This is the quickest and most reliable way to pay for your order. It is 100% SAFE and SECURE and we have never had a security breach. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and sent out within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified.

You may also pay via phone quoting your credit card number, & PayPal.

6) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders can not generally be cancelled. This is because we act swiftly to get orders delivered, and often they may be in transit in as little as 2 hours from receipt of your order.
So if you must cancel an order please do so immediately. This can be done via phone (preferred method), fax or in an email provided we receive it and acknowledge receipt thereof. Our freecall phone is 1800 73 73 86 and please leave a message if it is outside of normal business hours.

8) IMAGES

eMakeup.com.au™ displays various images of the items it sells. In some cases where a manufacturer has updated their name, brand or design, the updated image may not be available, and the older version is used. This is very rare but does happen occasionally.

Miniatures sizes and some samples may be represented by an image of the larger sized product.

9) GENERAL

eMakeup.com.au™ can not accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any other loss what-so-ever in connection with the operation of this website. We are unable to confirm that the information set out in this web-site is totally accurate or complete.

This web site may from time to time contain links to other web sites on the Internet. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those web-sites.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties. They shall be governed by Australian law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
